REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
General returns
Custom print orders are not eligible for cancellation or return. Unused, unopened
product orders may be eligible for exchange or store credit on successful return.
These general terms describe our standard, voluntary returns policy. If you are a
consumer in the European Union, the statutory rights below apply in addition to
these terms and, where they are more favourable to you, take precedence over them.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to
withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This right
applies in addition to the general returns terms above.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party
other than the carrier, indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the
goods. Where your order is delivered in several shipments, the period runs from
the day you receive the last item.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise this right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement.
You may:

• Use the model withdrawal form below, or
• Send any other unequivocal statement by email to info@camilladerrico.com.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication
exercising the right of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the
costs of delivery (except for any supplementary costs arising from your choice of
a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer),
without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your
decision. Reimbursement will be made as a monetary refund using the same means of
payment you used for the initial transaction (not store credit), unless you
expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may
withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied
proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest.
Condition of the goods
You may return goods even if they have been unpacked and examined. You are only
liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what
is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Returning the goods
You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days
from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the
goods before the 14-day period expires.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide
prepaid return labels for withdrawals.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to your
specifications or clearly personalised (including custom print orders). Once
production of such items has begun, they cannot be cancelled or returned under the
right of withdrawal.
