Who doesn’t love a cute trash panda? My husband swears these guys are his spirit animals, lol.

Raccoons are absolutely fascinating, they are omnivores and the only other animal on the planet than humans that has an opposable thumb! They contribute to ecosystem dynamics by foraging on a diverse range of food items, including fruits, insects, and small animals. Their scavenging behavior aids in controlling insect populations and nutrient cycling, while their adaptability to various environments underscores their resilience in urban and natural habitats.

This adorable beastie is a statue from my “Nurtured by Nature” 2023 soloshow installation. Made of resin, hand painted white white enamel paint, this is a one of a kind piece and a part of my show history!

My "Nurtured by Nature" solo show's installation vividly depicts the dire consequences of neglecting the planet's well-being, warning of a future where vibrant landscapes are replaced by motionless statues symbolizing the once-beautiful beings that graced our world. The pristine white hue of these statues, reminiscent of ancient Greek sculptures, emphasizes a distant era and the civilizations lost, surrounded by a monochromatic forest representing the starkness following environmental indifference.
